On Friday, October 16, 2026, PIC held the Japan-Pacific Islands Virtual Trade EXPO, PIC’s first-ever virtual trade expo utilizing metaverse technology.

Thirteen companies from island nations participated, and on the day of the event, numerous business meeting opportunities took place within the metaverse space between visiting corporate representatives and exhibitors. We would like to thank everyone who visited our booths.

An archive of the virtual site will remain available for viewing for a while, so we hope those who were unable to participate on the day of the event will take the time to check it out.
