PIC is delighted to announce that PIC will facilitate the booth at FOODEX2023 in Tokyo, the largest food and beverage exhibition in Asia.

①Participation style
Under Covid-19 circumstances, PIC would encourage businesses from Pacific Islands to join the exhibition remotely, by sending samples to the venue and joining online business meetings with potential buyers.
The business will give PIC staff the lecture on products before the exhibition, and the staff will attend the booth to explain the products on behalf of you.
We kindly request your full commitment to follow the schedule, attend online meetings to share detailed information of the business, and advise the staff on how to show/provide product samples to visitors of the exhibition.

② Participation cost
Participants will bear costs other than booth,facilitation,equipment,and personnel for the exhibition covered by PIC.
Therefore, participants will bear costs such as;
-Sample products
-Freight(delivery of products from your country to the venue)
-Packaging etc.

③ Eligibility
-The business who is based in one of the Pacific Island Countries
and
-The business who have never participated in FOODEX before

④Process of application
The interested business will submit the application forms to PIC(info@pic.or.jp) by 5PM on September 9, Friday(JPN time).

⑤The result
Only the successful candidate will receive the result by email.
