On Wednesday, 6 August 2025, Mr. Alick Robsen Joe of the Vanuatu Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (VFIPA), who was visiting Japan to participate in Vanuatu’s National Day at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, paid a visit to PIC in Tokyo. During his stay in Japan, Mr. Joe expressed interest in holding business meetings in both the Kansai and Kanto regions, arrangements for which were coordinated by PIC. The visit also provided an opportunity to discuss details of the upcoming Vanuatu Economic and Environmental Mission scheduled for September.
