On Friday, August 9, 2024, the PIC visited Mr. Alexander C. Bing, Ambassador of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to Japan.

At the beginning of the visit, after the Ambassador’s comments on the 10th Pacific Islands Summit (PALM 10), PIC Director explained recent Marshall Islands-related activities and introduced the Marshall Islands’ virgin coconut oil-based organic skin care product “Bokwarijot” that was displayed at the International Cosmetics Exhibition held in January of this year.

A vigorous exchange of opinions took place regarding the development of various coconut businesses and the promotion of tourism with Japan.
