Resources such as the stars shining in the night sky can be an attraction for travelers that they cannot experience in cities. Ms. Yamashita, a photographer and weekend adventurer who lives in Los Angeles and is involved in VFX (Visual Effects) production for Hollywood movies, as well as traveling alone with a camera, gave a presentation titled “The Starry Sky as a Tourism Resource and its Photography Techniques”. As a traveler who takes pictures of the starry sky, she talked about techniques to take beautiful pictures of the starry sky with a camera and how to promote the starry sky as an attractive tourism resource.
