公益財団法人地球環境センター（GEC）よりJCM（二国間クレジット）に係るお知らせとご案内がございます。以下ご確認ください。
１．本年度JCM設備補助事業の公募を4月7日(月)に開始いたしました。
環境省は、途上国等への優れた脱炭素技術等の普及や対策実施を通じて温室効果ガス（以下「GHG」という。）の排出削減を実現し、両国のNDC達成に貢献するJCM（二国間クレジット制度）を推進しています。初期投資費用の1/2、一件当たり原則20億円を上限として補助を行います。今年度JCM設備補助事業の公募は2025年4月7日（月）から9月30日（火）12:00（正午）まで実施されます。本事業の総予算額は3ヵ年度で約114億円を想定しています。応募締切は次の三回です。（第1回：5月16日、第2回：7月25日、第3回：9月30日、いずれも正午(日本時間)締切）。昨年度からの主な変更点や公募要領や様式等は次のサイトに掲載しました。電子申請にて弊財団へご応募ください。
２．日本政府はJCM全般に関する政府指定実施機関「JCM Agency（JCMA）」として、公益財団法人地球環境センターを指定しました。
改正地球温暖化対策推進法に基づき、二国間クレジット制度（JCM）に関する指定実施機関が発足し、弊財団が指定されました。プロジェクト登録からクレジット発行までのJCMの制度運営やパートナー国との調整等に関する主務大臣（環境・経済産業・農林水産 各大臣）の事務を担うとともに、効率的なプロジェクト実施のための取組を行っていきます。民間事業者の方との接点の中では民間JCMに関わるご相談も弊財団がjcma-contact@gec.jpにて直接お受けいたします。同業務遂行に際し、指定実施機関は、「日本政府指定JCM実施機構」（英名：The Joint Crediting Mechanism Implementation Agency, designated by the Government of Japan）と称します。通称として「JCM Agency（JCMA）」を用います。https://gec.jp/jcm/jp/kobo/mp250407/
GEC hereby announces the below two notices:
１．Call for Proposals between April 7 and September 30, 2025: Financing Programme for JCM Projects in FY2025
Japanese governments establishes and implements the JCM to accelerate GHG reductions through decarbonizing technologies by subsidies. A subsidy may be given for up to a half of eligible costs with a ceiling of Yen 2 billion (USD 13 million at 150 yen/USD) per project. Proposals may be received by GEC between April 7 and September 30, 2025. The dead lines of each examination batch are May 16, July 25 and September 30, 2025. For details, check the web site.
２．Global Environment Centre has been designated as the JCM Implementation Agency (JCMA).
In accordance with the revised Act on Promotion of Global Warming, GEC has been designated as the JCM Implementation Agency (JCMA). The JCMA carries out operation of the JCM, from project registration to credit issuance, including consultation with partner countries, on behalf of the competent ministers, and also takes actions for the effective implementation of JCM projects.
